#002 Late symptomatic MIOL decentration
A well centered multifocal lens for many weeks post operatively decentered spontanously after 8 weeks causing new positive dysphotopsias. A revision surgery to recenter the MIOL solved the symptoms. A surgical technique is demonstrated.

#001 Bilateral zero vault after ICL
Toric ICLs were implanted in both eyes of a myopic patient. The recomemnded ICl size used in teh right eye produced a low vault, so a larger ICL was implanted in the left eye. Within a few days the vault reduced to zero in both eyes and persisted over 2 months. The indication of exchanging both ICLs and surgical technique are presented with a surprising result.

#014 Phakic multifocal IOL in high myopia
High axial myopia is prone to retinal detachment. Performing clear lens extraction may multiply the risk bei 25. The phakic MIOL is a reversible solution for presbyopia without risking the retina.

#005 PEX Phaco in wide pupil
Cataract surgery in PEX syndrom bares additional risks. We can minimize the risk by using certain techniques that are shown in this video.
